so this here is Mike G. yes he is smarter than most idiots. he was a simple yard man such as myself. in a very secret way im guessing he made a deal with the office monkeys to get promoted to inside... so he faked a back injury and couldn't work in the yard anymore. he got paid a lot more too.... that thing sicking out of his butt is called the "magic stick"..some yard guy made it for him..
